ttyp1: a monospaced typeface

ttyp1 is a monospace or fixed–width typeface designed to recreate the ‘Ohlfs’ typeface included with the NEXTSTEP operating system.

designed for programming and terminal use, ttyp1 is an opentype recreation of the bitmap font ‘Ohlfs’ which preserves not only the pixelated, bitmap look of the original ‘Ohlfs’ on NEXTSTEP, but ttyp1 is scalable to any size and supporting the ability to print, opening the use of ttyp1 to design and other uses.

ttyp1 is available in both forms of the opentype format.

ttyp1-a includes the glyph outline data specified using postscript (and cubic bézier curves) in the compact font format (CFF).

ttyp1-b includes the glype outline data specified in truetype (quadradic bézier) format.
